Flashbacks

Remember when we were little and we swore our kids would never resemble those pictures of us as children....oh well I walked into Luke's room the other day and this is what I found - a flashback to the 80's. David blames it all on the AU football helmet - he believes it made Luke stupid!! WAR EAGLE by the way!!!

Bozo is Back

I had no idea his class was performing a "circus" act so imagine my shock when I walk in to see his hair and face painted. He looked so cute. His teachers said he made the best clown. I love the picture of him looking down - what sad little clown :(

My Little Gentleman

We are working very hard on being a gentleman and how a lady should be treated. He already knows that you hold a door open for the ladies and ladies first.

I am appalled by the number of grown men (rude men might I add) who will speed walk to ensure they are the first to grace the door then allow that very same door to shut in your face, practically knock you down to get on or off an elevator, etc. Okay don't get me on my soap box... I will stop now.

Cereal Straws - The Chocolate Kind - YUMMY

It's not a cigar...I promise. He has to be at least 4 before I will allow that.

Goofy cheese grin - I hate these!

Aaaah..MILK...it does a body good :)

HAPPY 35 YEARS TOGETHER!!!

My in-laws were married 35 years on May 10th!! This was their pre-dinner photo shoot. They had a wonderful dinner at Ruth's Chris...

I can't wait to spend 35 years with my wonderful hubby. He is the man he is today because of them. I'm not sure I have ever thanked them for him so... THANK YOU!

To many more years of love!!!

We love you guys!

Kentucky Derby Redneck Style!

This picture cracks me up!!!! David took this with his cell phone. David bought this hat to cover his bald head for Talladega and Luke put it on. Luke looks like his wearing one of those crazy hats for the Kentucky Derby but redneck style!! I never saw David wear it. However, if David looks the same as Luke in this hat..well, let's just say I'm glad I didn't see it then.

Don't Choke...I won't!

"America"

Luke participated in his first school program - I'm so proud! It was absolutely the cutest thing ever. We sat proudly and watched an hour long program for Luke's 3 minutes of fame - it was worth it. You can see from the pictures he was singing his little heart out. His class performed "Yankee Doodle" and "Happy B'day America" - they were great!

Just in case you pull up the pictures to view them larger...NO he wasn't mauled by a wild animal before the program...of course, some little kid in his class scratched him backstage... oh well as they say in show business - "THE SHOW MUST GO ON!"
